As a Senior Technology Manager, you are a central interface between strategy, development, and management.

What to expect:

Your main responsibilities include:

• Strategic Technology Development: Contributing to the development and implementation of our long-term technology strategy and actively promoting innovation and digital progress.

• Project Leadership & Specialization: Cross-project role as team lead and technical specialist, including coordination, technical project support (in accordance with ISO 9001), and detailed documentation of processes.

• Analysis and Consulting: Identifying and analyzing technology trends (market analysis) and providing well-founded advice to management on optimizations and new/development of our software.

• Research & Quality Assurance: Monitoring research and development, active troubleshooting, and performance optimization in existing applications.

• Knowledge Transfer & Support: Conducting software training and briefings, as well as providing support on technical details in marketing.

What you bring to the table:

Qualifications and Education

• Completed university degree in a scientific field (Computer Science, Physics, Geography, Mathematics) or a comparable qualification.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant position.

• At least English level B2 (spoken and written).

• Extensive knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of Python.
