HDC Solutions GmbH. As a young company, we support organizations and institutions in the fields of critical and military infrastructures in strategically planning, simulating, and implementing resilient energy and mobility systems.

Using our modular software platform THORIUM, complex energy systems can be modeled, scenarios played out, and tailored, holistic solutions developed for greater efficiency and sustainability.

As an HR Manager, you are a central point of contact for employees and management. You manage the entire employee lifecycle, build professional HR structures, and ensure that growth remains sustainable.

What to expect:

Your main responsibilities include:

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Comprehensive support for all HR topics from recruiting to offboarding.

• HR Systems & Processes: Maintenance and further development of HR processes and master data in Personio.

• Recruiting & Contract Management: Managing recruitment and creating and maintaining employment contracts.

• Payroll & Administration: Preparing payroll in DATEV in coordination with internal and external partners.

• Consulting & Structure Development: HR consulting for management and executives, as well as building scalable HR structures.

  
  
  
  
  

What you bring:





Qualifications and Education

• Several years of practical experience in operational HR, HR administration, recruiting, or payroll.

• Proficient use of Personio and DATEV (mandatory).

• Solid understanding of labor law fundamentals and HR-relevant processes.
